The article discusses the main digital technologies for the provision of public services, studies the trends of their application, analyzes the factors of influence on the development of digital technologies in the field of public services. The analysis of the use of digital technologies in the system of providing public services as a whole in the Russian Federation, as well as in federal districts, is carried out. It has been established that the transfer of public services to digital format can significantly improve the quality of services provided, ensure citizens their availability and timely receipt.
