Abstract

The article considers the analysis of the relationship between the state and civil society, presented by the Dutch philosopher F. Ankersmith within the concept of aesthetic politics. Representative democracy implements the strategy of evasion, which allows to form a symbiosis of a strong state and a strong society. The interaction of these most important political actors in the framework of the social contract is a kind of guarantee of balance of power and the absence of confrontation and conflict in the political space.
