Abstract

The significance of research on the phenomenon of enthusiasm for work by employees of the organization is indicated. A theoretical analysis of the study of the manifestations of passion for work is carried out. Attention is focused on the fact that it can change the psycho-emotional state of employees, and therefore it is considered as a personal construct that contributed to the formation of psychological well-being. The model of V. Schaufeli and A. Becker is described, in which the phenomena of «passion for work» and «professional burnout» are compared. In addition, the similarity and difference of work enthusiasm and workaholism as a form of organizational behavior are noted. At the same time, it is emphasized that passion for work is a positive state that an employee experiences when performing professional activities.
