Abstract

The results of the theoretical analysis of the problem of motivation of labor activity are presented. The leading directions of disclosure of the stated topic within the framework of foreign and domestic psychology are listed. The main points and factors of personnel motivation management in the organization, its impact on the effectiveness, success and quality of the performed labor functions are indicated. The main prerequisites for the evolution of existing concepts of motivation are given.
