Abstract

It is noted that an important condition for the success of an organization is competent personnel management. The concept of personnel management is considered, in particular its specificity, its role in ensuring competitiveness. The main factors contributing to the economic success of the company are listed. The tasks facing the organization within the framework of the implementation of personnel management are outlined. Two types of planning are given. The measures taken by Tver state technical university to improve personnel management, such as questionnaires, are indicated. The ratings in which the university is included are given.
