Abstract

The article reveals the specifics of the professional activity of an organizational psychologist on the issues of his work with the personnel of the organization. The basic principles of the work of the organizational psychologist-consultant at the enterprise, the features of his interaction with the team and management are analyzed. The goals and objectives arising in the course of his work are substantiated, and the objects of the psychologist's activity are listed. The main difficulties arising in the interpersonal interaction of the organizational psychologist with the head and employees of the organization are analyzed.
