The article notes that the trends in the development of the world economy indicate the need to search for new conditions capable of forming a labor market that meets current needs. New tasks appear in the field of personnel management. It is pointed out that, in addition to traditional HR activities related to the attraction and development of highly qualified personnel, it is necessary to actively improve the areas of personnel management related to the provision of decent working conditions. One of such directions in the field of personnel management, which requires the search for new solutions, is the improvement of the quality of labor life of employees. It is emphasized that based on a comparative analysis of the application of key principles of the concepts of quality of working life used in foreign and domestic practice, it is possible to search for new mechanisms that will provide better conditions for workers.
