The article discusses the procedure for entering information into the Unified State Register of Individual Residential Buildings (USRIRB) both in the form of a notification procedure and a simplified procedure. The actions for preparing documents in the notification procedure are described: notification of planned construction, as well as notification of its completion. Provides provisions on the “dacha amnesty” as a procedure which is an alternative way of placing an object on the state cadastral register and registering the right to an individual residential house.
