Abstract

The article analyzes the influence of psychological factors on the productivity and satisfaction of e-commerce employees. The well-known classifications of job satisfaction on various grounds are given. The main factors affecting productivity are indicated. The theoretical foundations of the given problem are considered. The leading types of satisfaction of employees engaged in e-commerce are described. The specific determinants of the success of organizational communication of commercial activities are given.
