Abstract

The article examines the problem of introducing deliberately false information into the technical plans of individual residential buildings, and also identifies the reasons why this happens. A review of judicial practice has been carried out. The ways of solving the problems are proposed, including through the improvement of land legislation in the field of the exclusive right to purchase land plots.
