Abstract

The article examines the multilevel nature of the phenomenon of professional development, including the construction of professional identity, the development of competence potential, career evolution and the achievement of professional self-actualization. The key concepts, approaches and models of professional development are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the impact of digitalization on the formation of professional identity and the role of metacognitive competencies in adapting to a dynamic professional environment.
