Abstract

This article examines the stages of work performed to implement state cadastral registration and state registration of rights to linear structures, as well as the stages of surveying underground utilities. It identifies the main problems and difficulties encountered in preparing documentation for underground gas pipelines for inclusion in the Unified State Register of Real Estate, namely: 1) when spatially referencing graphic materials, an accuracy higher than the accuracy of the graphic design cannot be achieved; 2) if the rules for matching the coordinate systems in which the graphic materials are developed with the actual spatial reference are not observed, they cannot be entered into the Unified State Register of Real Estate.
