Abstract

The article considers the requirements for an individual residential building contained in the urban planning and housing codes of the Russian Federation, resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation and established norms and rules. An overview of residential building definitions has been performed. The options for entering information about an individual residential building into the unified state register of real estate in a notification and simplified manner are given. It is established that when carrying out state cadastral registration, information about the object as a residential building can be entered into the unified state register of real estate, when it is not.
