Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of problems and prospects for the development of reflective competence and creativity among students. Innovative pedagogical methods are considered, aimed at developing students' skills of reflection, critical thinking, and a creative approach to problem-solving. Special attention is paid to the adaptation of game, virtual pedagogical practices to the realities of modern engineering education. The article provides specific examples and recommendations for introducing new methods into courses on fundamental engineering disciplines, general economics, personnel management, and specialized subjects for engineering training. The author presents a tool for students to self-assess their level of reflection, and identifies psychological mechanisms that enhance the effectiveness of learning. The research findings aim to improve the quality of engineering training and meet modern educational standards.
