Abstract

The article discusses various methods for adding information about individual residential buildings to the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRRE), including simplified and notification procedures, as well as adding information during comprehensive cadastral works. The article highlights the importance of timely and extensive updating of the USRRE with information about individual residential buildings. It also analyzes the organizational and legal basis for adding information to the USRRE using each of the described methods. The article concludes with a summary of the advantages and disadvantages of each method.
