Abstract

Using the Tver Region as an example, this article examines the management of development in accordance with approved and implemented regional urban planning standards (RUPS). The need for urban planning regulation is explained. The key aspects of RUPS approval in the Tver Region and their composition are examined. An analysis of the development of a test plot of land for compliance with certain RUPS requirements is conducted.
