Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of organizational conflicts in cultural institutions. The causes, types and consequences of such conflicts, methods of their prevention have been investigated. The factors determining the specifics of organizational conflicts in cultural institutions have been analyzed and the need for their consideration in personnel management have been substantiated.
