Abstract

This article examines the specifics of implementing municipal land control at the municipal level. Based on an analysis of the practices of the Kalininsky Municipal District in the Tver Region, key challenges in implementing control measures in land use and development are identified. Particular attention is paid to information support, resource constraints, and the limited effectiveness of interagency cooperation. Conclusions are drawn regarding areas for improving the effectiveness of municipal land control.
