Указано, что сегодня развитие государств и проводимая ими политика проходят не под эгидой перспектив взаимовыгодного долгосрочного сотрудничества, но под активным влиянием текущей конъюнктуры, продиктованной желанием устанавливать правила, выигрышные для отдельных стран и наций. Отмечено, что это не только наносит вред обществу, но и в отдельных случаях ставит под угрозу мировое развитие. Сделаны выводы, что в текущих политических условиях, когда происходит смена миропорядка, ключевым обстоятельством, позволяющим государству оставаться не только сильным игроком на карте мира, но и защищать интересы собственных граждан, становится обеспечение суверенитета, а это, в свою очередь, означает главенство права, составляющее основу политики, что приоритет закона и соблюдение норм, в том числе и международного характера, выступает важнейшей задачей, стоящей перед властью.

It is indicated that today the development of states and their policies are not under the auspices of the prospects for mutually beneficial long-term cooperation, but under the active influence of the current conjuncture dictated by the desire to establish rules that are advantageous for individual countries and nations. It is noted that this not only harms society, but also in some cases threatens world development. It is concluded that in the current political conditions, when there is a change in the world order, the key circumstance that allows the state to remain not only a strong player on the world map, but also to protect the interests of its own citizens, is ensuring sovereignty, and this in turn means the rule of law, which forms the basis of policy, that the priority of the law and compliance with the norms, in particular including of an international nature, it is the most important task facing the authorities.
