Abstract

The article discusses the approach to Popper on the problem of historicism. It is indicated that the criticism of historicism is connected with the socio-political views of the philosopher. It is noted that under the term historicism K. Popper implies a certain view of history, according to which the historical process is controlled and predetermined on the basis of laws.
