Abstract

It is emphasized that in modern society stress becomes an integral feature of an individual's life and manifests itself in many spheres of activity, including labor. It is indicated that it is often the professional activity and the situation at the workplace that become stress factors in a person's life, which lead to serious consequences not only for health, but also for the realization of the labor function. It is noted that with prolonged stress, a person loses the ability to work as efficiently, qualitatively, as in a stable state, productivity decreases. Stress management techniques are considered as necessary tools for working with personnel in modern organizations.
