Abstract

The article discusses the studies on using social networking sites (SNSs) in deciding upon hiring employees in the USA and Europe. It looks into the extent the candidates’ profiles are analyzed by recruitment consultants. Some critical issues, according to recruiters, in personnel screening through SNSs are also explored.
