Abstract

The article analyzes the organizational structure and principles of state and municipal land management, offers classification and interpretation of management principles. The principles of management are divided into general and private, while private in the land management system often come to the fore by taking into account the territorial features of the location of land resources. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that at present the management system has weaknesses in the form of a lack of integrity at all levels of management; the general management structure is built according to the hierarchy from the general to the private; the management principles fully reflect the features of land management and, as a result, are the basis for the implementation of state and municipal land management.
