Abstract

The article analyzes the problem of organizational relations within the framework of foreign and domestic psychology. The main theories, concepts and positions of well-known researchers and practical psychologists in this direction are considered. The peculiarities of the influence of coherent relationships in the working team on the efficiency of the production process and the overall success of the company are studied. He pointed out the importance of applying methods of managing inter-personal relations at the enterprise, from administrative and economic resources to socio-psychological ones. A special role is assigned to the issues of the life cycle of the organization, the organizational culture, and the functions of the modern organization
