Abstract

The article deals with assessing the effectiveness of personnel, a key issue in the field of HR management of an organization. A review of personnel assessment methods is made and their advantages and disadvantages are identified. The main goals for the organization that help in assessing the company's staff and the difficulties that may arise at the implementation stage are described. Special attention is paid to building a fair objective assessment system in the company.
