The essence of the problem of unauthorized occupation of land is reflected, the analysis of available information on unauthorized occupation of land plots from 2017 to 2022 is presented. Two main parameters of the analysis are given: the number of detected violations of land legislation and the number of violators brought to administrative responsibility. It has been established that most of the identified offenses in the form of self-seizure of land were carried out by citizens (individuals).
