Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of certain issues of the implementation of housing policy in the Russian Federation, while special attention is paid to the problem of dilapidated and emergency housing. An analysis of theoretical, regulatory and practical aspects related to the recognition of housing as dilapidated or emergency was carried out. Identified key issues within the research topic. Priority directions for the implementation of housing policy in Russia for the next decade have been identified. Recommendations are made to resolve or, at a minimum, reduce the severity of the problem of dilapidated and emergency housing.
