Abstract

The article provides an example of using the income approach to assess the value of a peat business. The results of the strategies of enterprise behavior are shown. An assessment of the cost of the peat business was carried out, financial losses are given in case of an incorrect choice of the strategy of the enterprise's behavior. Strategic recommendations are given to the investor on the optimal choice of the enterprise's behavior strategy.
