Abstract

The article deals with the theoretical aspects related to the concepts of «transport» and «transport logistics», analyze the main tasks of this direction, considers the process of cargo transportation by one type of transport. The paper establishes what quality management includes in transport activities, and also briefly discusses the methods of quality management.
