Abstract

The procedure and procedure for transferring real estate objects from residential to non-residential in accordance with organizational and legal support are analyzed. The algorithm of conversion of residential premises to non-residential, based on the law enforcement practice of housing and urban planning legislation, is considered. It is emphasized that the relevance of this topic is due to modern trends, in particular, the increasing need for the transformation of household housing infrastructure, especially in large settlements with dense multi-storey buildings. In the course of the study, the main problems and difficulties of the procedure for transferring real estate objects from residential to non-residential were identified and the causes of their occurrence were established. The ways of solving the problems arising in the preparation of documents for the transfer of residential premises to non-residential are proposed.
