The article examines the problems of the leasing market, the volume of opening a new business by entrepreneurs and companies. The package of state support measures is analyzed, which provides for a number of economic measures for both small and medium-sized businesses and system-forming enterprises. The calculation of lease payments under the financial leasing agreement is carried out, taking into account state support measures. The overpayment is compared with decreasing and uniform schedules of leasing payments.
