The article deals with the problems of human improvement, expansion of human qualities, which are associated with the emergence of new social relations, revaluation of traditional spiritual and moral values and ethical categories. Special attention is paid to the problems that contribute to the emergence of other, qualitatively new options, factors, characteristics of the anthropological crisis, the emergence of such new risks that, with the introduction of technologies that allow for genetic transformations of the human body, contributing to the strengthening of physical and psychological functions of a person, optimizing his nature, affect not only the biological basis of a person, but also his social life. Technologies for improving human qualities are focused on increasing the duration of human life, therefore, this phenomenon is associated with the fact that a person is ready to radically, radically transform his nature.
