Abstract

The article raises the question about the relevance of studying self-actualization of personality as a leading factor in preventive work with burnout of educational psychologists. A brief theoretical analysis of the study of the phenomenon of personality self-actualization in the aspect of self-regulation is carried out. It is emphasized that self-actualization of personality is one of the leading factors of coping with burnout in the professional activity of educational psychologists. It is emphasized that self-actualization of personality can be a source of realization of personal potential of a teacher-psychologist as a professional.
