Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of formation of psychological readiness of future specialists to professional activity. The paper analyzes the works of domestic scientists in the context of the studied problems. On the basis of theoretical analysis, an attempt is made to identify the leading components in the structure of psychological readiness, the specifics of their formation and the possibility of their diagnosis and correction. The general points for building a unified model of labor readiness of engineering personnel of different professional orientation at the stage of higher education are highlighted.
