Abstract

. The article actualizes the philosophical and methodological foundations of the assembly of development-oriented subjects. It is noted that such an assembly of subjects is rooted in the post-non-classical type of scientific rationality developed by the author (third-order cybernetics, subjective approaches, paradigms and dominant types of subjects) and a subject-oriented approach (the paradigm "subject – metasubject (self-developing polysubject environment)"), which includes a strategic subject, basic characteristics of subjectivity. The variant of the descriptive socio-humanitarian model of the assembly of subjects aimed at development proposed by the author earlier contains such concepts as the aggregate subject; the basic subject; the parameters of the assembly of subjects; the basic grounds for the assembly of subjects; the basic factors influencing the processes of assembly of subjects. The author's model is already being tested in professional activities. Examples of the use of philosophical and methodological ideas of the assembly of development-oriented subjects in the professional activities of doctors of various specialties are given.
