Abstract

Based on scientific literature and regulatory legal acts, the authors forms the concept of the quality of the public procurement process as a goal-oriented process of activity of authorized entities.A study of the essence of the concepts of public procurement and control was conducted, which made it possible to identify a number of problematic aspects that hinder a unified understanding of this instrument in theoretical and practical activities.
