Аннотация

В статье рассматривается проблема формирования ценностной сферы личности в студенческом возрасте. Приводится краткое содержание основных подходов и различных точек зрения к трактовке данного термина. Перечисляются основные закономерности и факторы, оказывающие влияние на становление системы ценностей молодого поколения. Определяется место ценностных ориентаций в структуре личности. Указывается важность контроля над развитием ценностной структуры личности, ее динамикой на этапе обучения в высшем учебном заведении. Отмечается роль сформировавшегося паттерна ценностей студента в готовности вступать в новые сообщества, соблюдать их социальные нормы, в личностном и профессиональном развитии.

Abstract

The article discusses the problem of forming the value sphere of personality in student age. A summary of the main approaches and various points of view to the interpretation of this term is provided. The main patterns and factors influencing the formation of the value system of the younger generation are listed. The place of value orientations in the structure of a person's personality is determined. The importance of control over the development of the value structure of the personality, its dynamics at the stage of training in a higher educational institution is indicated. The role of the formed pattern of the student's values to readiness to join new communities, comply with their social norms, personal and professional development is noted.
