Аннотация

В статье отмечается, что возросшие потребности современного общества в сфере оказания помощи различным слоям населения повлекли за собой повышение активности граждан и развитие социально ориентированных некоммерческих организаций. Сделан вывод, что своевременное принятие нормативно-правовой базы, легитимно утвердившей их деятельность, позволило данным организациям оказывать различные социальные услуги населению. Приведены результаты анкетирования жителей Тверского региона: было выявлено, что большинство людей не готовы участвовать в деятельности подобных организаций. Среди активного населения социально ориентированные некоммерческие организации могут рассчитывать на оказание моральной поддержки их деятельности, временные затраты, помощь в виде консультационных услуг, материальные вложения. Лица, имеющие опыт обращения в данные организации, свидетельствуют, что там им оказали помощь в решении проблем

Abstract

The article notes that the increased needs of modern society in the field of assistance to various segments of the population have led to an increase in the activity of citizens and the development of socially oriented non-profit organizations. It is concluded that the timely adoption of the regulatory framework that legitimately approved their activities allowed these organizations to provide various social services to the population. The results of a survey of residents of the Tver region are presented: it was revealed that most people are not ready to participate in the activities of such organizations. Among the active population, socially oriented non-profit organizations can count on the provision of moral support for their activities, time costs from the population, assistance in the form of consulting services, material investments of residents. Persons who have experience of contacting these organizations testify that they were helped there in solving problems.
