Аннотация

В статье показана актуальность развития электронных коммуникаций между властью и обществом для построения гражданского общества. Проанализированы результаты прикладного исследования, проведенного при содействии Общественной палаты Тверской области в 2022 г. Представлены мнения респондентов о том, способствуют ли интернет-коммуникации развитию диалога властных структур с населением. Приведены результаты обсуждения вопроса об актуальности проблемы развития интернет-коммуникации между органами власти, а также мнения о возможном инициаторе развития данной формы общения.

Abstract

The article shows the relevance of the development of electronic communications between the government and society for building a civil society. It analyzes the results of an applied research conducted with the assistance of the Public Chamber of the Tver Oblast in 2022. The article presents the respondents' opinions on whether Internet communications contribute to the development of dialog between the authorities and the population. The results of the discussion on the relevance of the problem of the development of Internet communication between the authorities, as well as opinions on the possible initiator of the development of this form of communication are presented.
