Abstract

The article presents the results of a theoretical and empirical study of the structure of professional self-realization of university students. Additional resource opportunities for professional self-realization and professional development of socially active university students have been identified. It is substantiated that the professional self-realization of a person at the stage of studying at a university is associated in modern socio-economic conditions with a readiness for innovative activity.
