The article discusses the problem of forming a socio-psychological climate in an educational organization. It is noted the importance of positively developing interpersonal relations in the student community for achieving significant successes in educational activities and other types of social activity. Based on theoretical analysis, the significant components of this age period, its difficulties, as well as the influence on further professional development are described. Primary guidelines for psychological service are given in the context of ensuring the comfortable presence of students in the "walls" of the university.Within the framework of well-known scientific directions, related concepts are considered, which, along with the phenomenon we study, reveal the determinants (positive or negative) of human interaction in the group. The results of the screening examination are listed.
