Abstract

The relevance of the study of the adaptation of teachers of primary and secondary educational institutions to the use of distance learning is substantiated. The main difficulties encountered in the adaptation of teachers to distance learning, identified on the basis of in-depth interviews with teachers of the city of Tver, are described: professional, psychological, technical unpreparedness of teachers; lack of technical and consulting support from the school administration; interruptions in the work of the Internet, messengers, social networks and training platforms; lack of technical equipment; lack of such work experience; the use of only indirect communication and a significant increase in time spent on work.
