Abstract

. The article analyzes the problem of organizational commitment of the company's employees. The importance of disclosing this issue in the context of ensuring the effectiveness of the firm is noted. The results of a brief analysis of the main foreign and domestic approaches to the concepts of "organizational commitment" and "organizational loyalty" are presented. Particular attention is paid to organizational commitment, which is a hard and intense work of management and human resources services, aimed at the gradual formation of employees' desire to become a full-fledged representative of the company, to stay working in it for as long as possible and regularly make maximum efforts for the successful performance of their professional duties.
