Abstract

The article considers the issues related to the provision to individuals and legal entities of land plots, the state ownership of which is not delimited, in the territory of the Tver Oblast. The norms of the current legislation regulating legal relations related to the disposal of these land plots are given, and the results achieved in this area of activity in the territory of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation are described. Both advantages and disadvantages of the regional practice arising in the exercise of these powers are identified.
