The article deals with the issues of personnel management within the quality management system. Taking into account the variety of services, the specificity of the organizational structure of enterprises providing services, small number of personnel, it is proposed to use a simplified algorithm of personnel management procedures in the development of quality management system, taking into account the quality of services provided. In connection with the existing dependence of the quality of services on the qualification and education level of personnel and in order to improve management efficiency, it is recommended to establish constant control over the level of qualification of employees.
