Abstract

The article discusses the application of a new psychodiagnostic technique designed to diagnose the professional orientation of a personality in people aged 14 years and older. It is noted that the questionnaire "Integrative professional orientation of personality" allows to identify priority areas of professional self-determination and development, which contributes to the improvement of career guidance and training systems. It is indicated that the questionnaire contains seven scales: "Management", "Execution", "Strategies", "Efficiency", "Objects", "People", "Information". It is concluded that the technique can be useful for basic screening psychodiagnostics of professional orientation of high school students, applicants, university and college students, as well as adult optants over the age of 24, working and unemployed.
