FATE AS FULFILLMENT OF DESIRES

Abstract: In the article fate is explored in its subjective component as the desires of a person. It explains why the fulfillment of desires can be considered as sujective activity. Two interpretations of the concept of «desire» are given. Rational reasons are given for the ability to control fate by transforming desires.

THE SYMBOLIC SPECIFICITY OF THE CITY CONCEPT IN THE EARLY POETRY OF BORIS PASTERNAK (AS EXEMPLIFIED IN SOME FRENCH TRANSLATIONS)

Abstract: The article examines the specificity of the elements of symbolism used to describe the concept of the city in the early works of Boris Pasternak, and also examines the proportionality of the reflection of the philosophy of symbolism in translations of some of the poet's works into French. The lexico-semantic and statistical analysis of some of the poet's works showed that in his early poetry the problems of symbolism are represented by the stringing of personification metaphors, musical connotations and the general melancholy description of the city, while the dominant means of imagery for revealing the philosophy of symbolism in these works were the author's metaphors and comparisons.

Abstract: The policy aimed at ensuring national security and the stable functioning of the socio-economic system is the main principle of the strategic development of the state. In the conditions of political turbulence, attempts to influence through destructive ideology and values alien to Russian society pose a special threat. The article discusses the foundations of state policy approved in November 2022 aimed at preserving and strengthening traditional values. The basic provisions of this document allow us to get an idea of a system of measures that will help ensure the unity and security of the state, strengthen its role in global political processes.

PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF STUDYING THE PROBLEM OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONALITY

Abstract: The article discusses the features of professional development of a person. A theoretical review is conducted in order to identify the psychological determinants of the category under study. The results of the analysis of scientific papers in the framework of labor psychology devoted to the dynamics of interests in the phenomenon under consideration over the past twenty years are presented. An attempt is made to concretize the content of the terms «personal development», «professional formation» and «professionalization». A brief enumeration of the methodological basis necessary for the further organization of experimental research is given.

SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF THE PROCESS OF ADAPTATION OF TEACHERS OF RIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS DURING THE TRANSITION TO DISTANCE LEARNING (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE CITY OF TVER)

Abstract: The relevance of the study of the adaptation of teachers of primary and secondary educational institutions to the use of distance learning is substantiated. The main difficulties encountered in the adaptation of teachers to distance learning, identified on the basis of in-depth interviews with teachers of the city of Tver, are described: professional, psychological, technical unpreparedness of teachers; lack of technical and consulting support from the school administration; interruptions in the work of the Internet, messengers, social networks and training platforms; lack of technical equipment; lack of such work experience; the use of only indirect communication and a significant increase in time spent on work.

THE USE OF COLOR GAME TRAINING IN PSYCHOCORRECTION OF THE EMOTIONAL SPHERE OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN

Abstract: The article actualizes the value of studying the features of the formation of the emotional sphere in childhood. Numerous studies show that in childhood, emotions that are not fully «matured» are observed, which are the regulator of activity, so their unformedness can lead to various consequences. The features of the development of emotions in childhood are considered. At the same time, as part of the study of the correctional impact, the influence of the color palette on the severity of the emotional sphere of the individual is emphasized. Based on the analysis of the use of color game training as a tool for implementing a corrective impact on the emotional sphere, its importance in the formation of psycho-emotional stability in preschoolers is emphasized. Color game training is aimed at improving the ways of regulating one's own emotions and feelings. At the same time, the focus of color game training is on the formation of children's control over their behavior, as well as the skills of constructive interaction with society in case of negative emotions.

Abstract: The article discusses the problem of forming the value sphere of personality in student age. INTRODUCTION OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT AS A BASIS FOR THE TRANSITION OF RUSSIAN ENTERPRISES TO A NEW SPHERE OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Abstract: The article discusses the main reasons for the low popularity of the environmental management system at Russian enterprises. The introduction of such a system at enterprises is an important stage for society, since almost half of the waste from production and consumption is not disposed of or neutralized, but enters the environment, thereby polluting it and harming human health. The introduction of an environmental management system is important because it helps to make the transition of the enterprise to a new increased level of quality management, i.e. from the phase of quality management to the phase of environmental quality. As a result of the analysis of scientific papers, the main problems faced by the enterprise when implementing an environmental management system were identified: lack of interest of personnel and low level of qualification of specialists in the field of ecology and quality management, unsatisfactory level of the overall management system and high costs for enterprises when implementing an environmental management system.

PROBLEMS OF ENSURING THE QUALITY OF MEAT PRODUCTS IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN CONDITIONS OF IMPORT SUBSTITUTION

Abstract: The article deals with the problems of ensuring the quality and safe consumption of meat and meat products produced in Russia. Reducing the import of meat and meat products to the Russian Federation sets the task for domestic producers not only to fill the deficit, but also to provide the population of the country with safe and high-quality food products. The review of scientific literature reveals the following key problems: lack of functional additives entering the Russian market from European countries; the influence of the human factor and the impunity of unscrupulous manufacturers; lack of Russian production of modern food equipment for the meat industry. In conclusion, directions are proposed related to ensuring the quality of consumed meat and meat products in the Russian Federation.

WORLD PEAT MARKET: EXPORT OF RUSSIAN PEAT (PART 2)

Abstract: The article describes and analyzes the current situation with the export of peat from Russia to the world market for the period 2019–2021. The geography of supplies of Russian peat, the regions of the Russian Federation exporting peat, the structure of peat exports, its dynamics, cost and seasonality are assessed. The export deliveries of peat for the first five months of 2022 are analyzed for the leading exporter region. It is shown that with a change in geographical landmarks in the supply of Russian peat, the commodity structure of peat exports and its other trade characteristics change, which means that the export sales strategy of peat enterprises and the regional geography of peat exports will change. As conclusions, recommendations are given on the commodity structure of exports, taking into account the interests of new consumers (the countries of the Asian region) and a map of new regional supplies.
