IN CONTEXT OF PHILOSOPHY OF E. FROMM

Abstract: The significance of F. Nietzsche's teaching about the superman is determined. It is indicated that E. Fromm formulated four dichotomies (existential choices) facing man, and they became criteria for evaluating F. Nietzsche's teaching about the superman. It is concluded that according to none of these criteria Nietzsche's doctrine of the superman turned out to be philosophically significant.

RECONCILIATION AND HUMILITY AS A PHENOMENONS

Abstract: Humility as a spiritual act is analyzed. Various interpretations of humility are given (philosophical, religious, etc.). Reconciliation is considered as one of the tools for influencing public relations and resolving social conflicts. The results of a study (testing) of judges are presented, the purpose of which was to study their life orientations, to conclude about their ability to achieve reconciliation of the disputing parties.

TRADITIONAL RUSSIAN SPIRITUAL AND MORAL VALUES
AS A TOOL FOR SOCIO-CULTURAL ADAPTATION
OF FOREIGN STUDENTS

Abstract: . The possibility of using traditional Russian spiritual and moral values, defined by Presidential Decree No. 809 of November 9, 2022, as a tool to facilitate the process of socio-cultural adaptation of foreign students, is considered. It is concluded that the values that are the key moral guidelines for a multinational, multicultural state can become the basis for establishing effective social communication, forming social ties, and successfully completing the educational process for citizens who came to the Russian Federation for the purpose of education. It is noted that the promotion of values through the domestic educational system, their positioning as an element of state policy, make it possible to create a positive image of the Russian Federation, namely, to present it as a defender and guardian of traditional universal spiritual and moral values.

THE IMPACT OF SOCIAL NETWORKS AND MESSENGERS ON CHILDREN (RESULTS OF A SOCIOLOGICAL STUDY CONDUCTED IN TVER)

Abstract: The main motives for the use of social networks and messengers by children, as well as the consequences of minors staying on these Internet resources, are described. The results of an applied sociological study conducted in 2023 among people aged 7–18 years on the topic «The representation of children and parents of the city of Tver about social networks and messengers» are presented. It has been determined how many devices children have in personal use on average. The percentage of respondents who most often log into social networks and messengers has been established. The most popular social networks and messengers among minors have been identified. The type of content viewed by children most often is indicated. The answers of the respondents regarding their degree of dependence on these Internet resources were studied. The main advantages and disadvantages of using messengers and social networks, named by respondents, are listed. The statements of the respondents about the forms, frequency, types and agents of control of their Internet activity are analyzed.

ART THERAPY AS A TOOL FOR DEVELOPING

Abstract: The question of the relevance of studying creative imagination in the context of personal development of a preschooler is considered. A brief theoretical analysis of the phenomenon of this imagination is carried out. It is noted that art therapy as a psychocorrective tool is aimed at revealing creative potential, which is inextricably linked with creative imagination. At the same time, it is emphasized that the techniques and means of art therapy contribute to the development of such imagination in preschool children, since they are similar to the leading type of activity of these children, namely play.

THE INVOLVEMENT OF REPRESENTATIVES OF VOLUNTEER MOVEMENTS INTO THE SOCIAL PRACTICES OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT:
REALITY AND POTENTIAL (BY EXAMPLE OF THE TVER REGION)

Abstract: The level, nature and potential of the involvement of representatives of volunteer movements in the social practices of local government have been studied. The results of a sociological study conducted in the Tver region in the autumn of 2022 are given. Approaches to analyzing the relationship between volunteerism and civic activism are considered. The social portrait of the volunteer is presented, his stratification and axiological profiles are determined. The high role of activism values in the structure of value orientations of volunteers is revealed. The main directions of volunteer activity of residents of the Tver region have been studied. The level and forms of volunteer participation in local government practices are investigated. A higher level of self-governing potential of volunteers was found than that of non-volunteer citizens.

Abstract: The article analyzes how the learning process has changed in connection with the development of information technology, the role of a teacher in education, and the structure of the necessary skills for successful work in this field. The level of necessary and available digital qualifications for teachers is described. The problems facing the domestic sphere of education, which arose as a result of the introduction of new technologies into the learning process, are considered. It is concluded that overcoming these problems will improve the quality of both the educational process and the staff being trained.

Abstract: The results of a study of the risks of professional health and the peculiarities of the formation of professional stress in clinical psychologists are presented; the psychological structure of the symptoms of emotional burnout syndrome and its relationship with the level of neuropsychic stability are revealed. Psychodiagnostic research methods were compiled by questionnaires by V.V. Boyko and Yu.A. Baranova. The results of the study demonstrate the presence of emotional burnout syndrome in the formative stage among clinical psychologists and indicate a fairly high level of neuropsychic stability, which allows psychologists to work successfully in medical practice.

Abstract: The results of the study of the psychological structure and features of professional motivation, which is a condition for the effectiveness of the work of higher education teachers, are presented. It is indicated that the psychodiagnostic research methods were a questionnaire of the psychological orientation of B. Bass's personality, an integral method of identifying motivation for success and avoiding failures of T. Ehlers, a method of socio-psychological attitudes of personality in the motivational-need sphere of O.F. Potemkina. It was concluded that the respondents (teachers of a technical university) are dominated by a motivational focus on business in their professional activities and a high level of formation of communication potential.

THE STATE GEODETIC NETWORK IN THE TVER REGION: STATE, DEVELOPMENT AND CONSERVATION PROBLEMS

Abstract: The state of the state geodetic network of the Tver region and the problems associated with its preservation and development are considered. The results of the analysis of the current state of the network are presented, the results of the work on its inspection and restoration are summarized. The factors causing the degradation of the network, such as insufficient funding, natural disasters and insufficient human resources, have been identified. The measures for the preservation and development of the geodetic network are described, including the restoration of lost points, modernization of equipment and professional development of specialists.

Abstract: The management of land resources is analyzed. The goals and objectives of land monitoring are described, as well as its classification depending on the purpose of observation. The implementation of land monitoring activities in the Tver region is considered: regional regulatory legal acts, an annual report on the state and environmental protection of the Tver region. Statistical data on soil pollution in the residential area for six years (2017–2022) are presented.
