Abstract: The author of the article explores the point of view of F.I. Girenok on the influence of F. Nietzsche on philosophical anthropology. He argues that this point of view is ambiguous. On the one hand, according to the author of the article, Gerenuk highly appreciates a number of anthropological observations of Nietzsche. On the other hand, the author of the article seeks to prove that reproach Girenok against Nietzsche as the killer of the theme of man in European philosophy is insufficiently reasoned

K.D. KAVELIN ABOUT UNIVERSITY EDUCATION

Abstract: The issues of the organization of universities in Russia and Europe in the second half of the XIX century are analyzed. The texts of the Russian philosopher and public figure Konstantin Dmitrievich Kavelin (1818–1885) were used as a source. From the perspective of Kavelin's observations, a range of issues that actualize the activities of universities in the 60–70s of the XIX century is outlined. It is concluded that the main topics in Kavelin's reflection were the following: the relationship of university science and teaching with historical realities and cultural traditions of peoples; the semantic significance of classical (theoretical) and polytechnic (practical) education; freedom as a symbol of the university community and the transformation of its forms under the influence of new factors of scientific and socio-political life.

С. POPPER'S CRITICISM OF THE HISTORICISM (PART 2)

Abstract: The article examines C. Popper's approach to the problem of historical explanation in the context of criticism of historicism. The anti-historical concept of Popper was analyzed, which consists in the fact that historical science is not engaged in identifying common universal laws of development, since it deals with unique events and a huge variety of social events. It was concluded that as part of the implementation of a rigorous analysis of historical explanation, Popper came to the following conclusion: history should be explained through deduction from general laws and original conditions, which are usually considered by historians as causes of events.

Abstract: The article considers the analysis of the relationship between the state and civil society, presented by the Dutch philosopher F. Ankersmith within the concept of aesthetic politics. Representative democracy implements the strategy of evasion, which allows to form a symbiosis of a strong state and a strong society. The interaction of these most important political actors in the framework of the social contract is a kind of guarantee of balance of power and the absence of confrontation and conflict in the political space.

Abstract: The article presents the results of the development of a new method
of psychological diagnosis designed to determine the digital competence of pedagogues. The analysis of the scientific literature is presented, showing that in Russian psychology such psychometric proven means of diagnosing the digital competence of pedagoguesare actually absent. The results of the psychometric verification of the questionnaire are presented, which included the verification of substantive, criterion and factor validity, reliability by internal consistency and retest reliability.

PROCRASTINATION IN TEACHER’S PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY:

Abstract: The article provides the review of international publications on the phenomenon of procrastination among teachers. Cause-and-effect relationships, managerial, personal, situational, competency-based, motivational and emotional aspects of this phenomenon are considered.Research findings suggest that despite the fact that teachers show moderate levels of procrastination in their profession, they might be at risk of negative outcomes if they are engaged in procrastinating behavior.

Abstract: The article discusses the problem of forming a socio-psychological climate in an educational organization. It is noted the importance of positively developing interpersonal relations in the student community for achieving significant successes in educational activities and other types of social activity. Based on theoretical analysis, the significant components of this age period, its difficulties, as well as the influence on further professional development
are described. Primary guidelines for psychological service are given in the context of ensuring the comfortable presence of students in the "walls" of the university.Within the framework of well-known scientific directions, related concepts are considered, which, along with the phenomenon we study, reveal the determinants (positive or negative) of human interaction in the group. The results of the screening examination are listed.

PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF PREVENTION OF EMOTIONAL BURNOUT DOCTORS IN PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

Abstract: The article analyzes the problem of professional burnout of oncologists and its consequences for the doctors themselves, their colleagues and patients. Maintaining health in the professional activities of oncologists initiates the development of a system of psychological support for their professional activities, including psychological trainings, group and individual counseling in the context of problems of medical practice. The results of testing the program of psychological prevention of occupational burnout in oncologists are presented. The psychodiagnostic toolkit of the study compiled a methodology for diagnosing the level of emotional burnout V.V. Boyko in the modification of E.P. Ilyin. Significant indicators of the reduction of leading symptoms of occupational burnout in doctors were recorded based on the results of testing carried out before and after the training.

IMPROVEMENT OF REGULATORY

Abstract: The article analyzes the points of view on the issue of a complete ban or regulation of cryptocurrencies in connection with the many risks associated with them. The key changes in the mechanism for regulating the circulation of digital currencies are summarized. Critical remarks are systematized, which, in the opinion of the professional community, hinder the development of blockchain technologies in general. It is substantiated that the improvement of the legal regulation of the circulation of digital currencies should be carried out in accordance with international experience and taking into account the opinions of market participants, since adequate legal regulation excludes the possibility of the emergence of a parallel financial system, introduces clear and understandable rules of the game for market participants, rights of investors.

INFORMATION METHOD OF LAND MANAGEMENT

Abstract: The article analyzes the theoretical aspects of the information impact on the effectiveness of land management, and also considers the possibility of its practical implementation based on the use of modern methods and digital technologies. In today's world, the importance of communication and information tools and tools for storing, obtaining, processing and visualizing land information, the volume, quality of land information itself, as well as the need for it, have increased so much that they can
be completely reduced into one group of indicators characterizing a certain method, and it can be distinguished as an independent method of land management. The authors justify that it is advisable to introduce a new method of land management into the existing system of "auxiliary" methods – information, the essence of which is such a managerial impact, in which theoretical and practical solutions are implemented, based on high-quality land information and aimed at preserving and/or improving various properties of land resources as a complex socio-ecological and economic object of management.
