SUFFERING AND PAIN AS THE SOURCES OF EMPATHY
AND EMOTIONAL BURNOUT (PART 1)

Abstract: The article introduces the problem of human and professional health, emotional burnout and deprivation of empathy among medical professionals, doctors in the focus of the phenomenon of suffering. The challenges of our time, the introduction of digital AI technologies and robotics into the workforce, covidopandemia, the constant transformation of the Russian healthcare system, and the shortage of medical personnel in most regions of Russia required maximum mobilization of professional, subject, and personal resources of medical workers. However, it is obvious, as demonstrated by valid sociological surveys and psychological research in 2024–2025, there is a shortage
of professional health of medical workers, emotional burnout has been registered, which leads to a deprivation of empathy as a subjective and personal quality of a doctor, and a loss of patient trust. It is argued that the existential source of empathy is suffering and compassion for another, which are labeled in various ways and have a philosophical explanation.

THE RECEPTION OF SATIRE IN THE PHILOSOPHY
AND SONG POETRY OF VLADIMIR VYSOTSKY
(BASED ON ENLISH LANGUAGE TRANSLATIONS)

Abstract: The article examines the use of satire in the context of Roman philosophy and Vladimir Vysotsky's song poetry. It analyzes the specific features of imagery used to reveal the satirical element in the poet's poetic legacy. The article also explores the correlation between the reflection of satirical tropes in the translations of Vysotsky's works into English. As a result of the lexical-semantic and comparative analysis of the figurative means in some of Vysotsky's poems, the dominant features of hyperbole and irony were identified, which are not fully reflected in the translated equivalents due to the poet's use of colloquial speech elements.

the state in the process of uniting society, in order to protect and preserve the moral and ethical vectors of the country's development.

THE DIGITAL SOCIETY: RISKS AND CHALLENGES OF PRIVACY

Abstract: The article examines the transformation of the concept of privacy in a digital society, highlights key threats and suggests conceptual foundations for a new understanding of privacy in the era of digitalization of social interactions. The main risks and challenges associated with privacy in the context of the rapid development of digital technologies and the widespread use of digital services are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the issues of personal data protection and confidentiality in the digital space, as well as approaches to the security of personal information. It is concluded that privacy today is not only a personal right, but also a complex social phenomenon requiring interdisciplinary analysis and systemic regulation. In the digital age, privacy is acquiring new features, which requires its rethinking as a transforming social institution.

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE LEVEL OF REFLEXIVITY
AND MEANINGFULNESS OF LIFE AMONG STUDENT YOUTH
IN THE TVER REGION

Abstract: The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the level of reflexivity and life-purpose orientations for the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 academic years among first- and second-year students of the Tver State Technical University and the Tver State Medical University. The study was conducted using the questionnaire "Life-purpose orientations" by D.A. Leontiev and the diagnostics of reflexive abilities by A.V. Karpov. The results obtained indicate an increase in reflexivity among student youth and a meaningful attitude to life, which demonstrates a conscious formation of a life position and intentions for the future.

PROBLEMS ARISING DURING THE PROCEDURE FOR ENTERING INFORMATION INTO THE UNIFIED STATE REGISTER OF REAL ESTATE

Abstract: This article examines the stages of work performed to implement state cadastral registration and state registration of rights to linear structures, as well as the stages of surveying underground utilities. It identifies the main problems and difficulties encountered in preparing documentation for underground gas pipelines for inclusion in the Unified State Register of Real Estate, namely: 1) when spatially referencing graphic materials, an accuracy higher than the accuracy of the graphic design cannot be achieved; 2) if the rules for matching the coordinate systems in which the graphic materials are developed with the actual spatial reference are not observed, they cannot be entered into the Unified State Register of Real Estate.

Abstract: The article considers the requirements for an individual residential building contained in the urban planning and housing codes of the Russian Federation, resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation and established norms and rules. An overview of residential building definitions has been performed. The options for entering information about an individual residential building into the unified state register of real estate in a notification and simplified manner are given. It is established that when carrying out state cadastral registration, information about the object as a residential building can be entered into the unified state register of real estate, when it is not.

Abstract: Based on literary data and regulatory legal acts, a retrospective analysis of the implementation of quality control mechanisms and the development of the concept of Total Quality Management (TQM), as well as the application of the main ideas of this concept in international and national quality assurance standards, has been conducted. The main approaches to managing the quality of the public procurement process, their customer-centricity, and their impact on this area of activity have been examined. A process-based approach to organizing the procurement activities of public customers has been proposed as a priority.

MEDIA LITERACY AS A NECESSITY
IN THE VERIFICATION OF FAKE NEWS

Abstract: The article provides a comprehensive study of the phenomenon of fake news through the lens of psycholinguistics, examines the impact of falsified information on the consciousness, and discusses methods for combating it. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that deliberately false information can influence people's consciousness and perception of reality. The article concludes that developing media literacy for both individuals and society as a whole is essential for combating fake news.
